On April 6, 2016, Huang Peng, director of the taxation branch directly under the Huanggang State Taxation Bureau, hosted a forum on the city's kiln industry reform and increase in value-added tax in the conference room on the 15th floor of the Huanggang State Taxation Bureau to publicize the relevant policies of the VAT reform to enterprises.
