Hubei Huayao Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., founded in 1981, is a professional kiln company integrating scientific research design, processing and manufacturing, construction, installation and commissioning. Over the past 40 years, Huayao Group has successively undertaken the construction of nearly 10,000 kiln projects in such industries as daily-use ceramics, building sanitary ceramics, high-voltage electric ceramics, glass, metallurgy, new building materials, chemical industry and environmental protection. In addition, its business has covered 33 domestic provinces, cities and autonomous regions and has exported hundreds of kilns to more than 30 countries and regions, such as Southeast Asia, South Asia, central Asia, the Middle East, Africa, America, Russia and Australia, and has kept friendly cooperative relationship and extensive business contact with such countries and regions as USA, Germany, UK, Japan, Poland, Italy and Australia as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan. According to the investigation by China Ceramic Industry Association and China Bricks & Tiles Industrial Association, the market share of Huayao Group in the current ceramic kiln and brick and tile kiln industry has reached more than 50% and has established a good brand reputation at home and abroad.

Through 40 years of exploration and accumulation, by virtue of advanced technology, Huayao has independently developed 11 advanced kiln series and supporting products in line with China’s national conditions, and has successively obtained various patents and more than 100 scientific research achievements. Among those kilns, the roller kiln with an annual output of 6 million pieces of high-end fine porcelain, the roller kiln that produces reducing flame porcelain for daily use at high temperature, tunnel kiln and new-type shuttle kiln for crystallization of glass ceramics won the National Science and Technology Achievement Award in succession and filled the gap in this field in China. The assembly roller kiln that produces open-flame ceramics and the large-section energy-saving assembly roller kiln have been listed as national “Torch Plan” project and strongly-promoted project respectively and regarded as national key new products.
In 2007, Huayao Industrial Park was established, which covers an area of 85 mu, with 20,000 square meters of workshop, 6,000 square meters of comprehensive research building, 3,000 square meters of staff dormitory and 100 sets of equipment purchased. It is mainly engaged in exporting kiln manufacturing and supporting mechanical and electrical kiln products.
